The rules of the road.

These terms govern your use of https://3sixs.com and any project inquiry you submit through the contact form or by emailing hello@3sixs.com. The site is informational. Sending a brief does not create a contract, and reading this site does not enroll you in any service.

“3sixs” refers to 3Specials LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as 3sixs. Paid client work is governed by separate written agreements — proposals, statements of work, master services agreements, data-processing addenda, and similar — signed by both sides before any work begins. Where those signed agreements conflict with these terms for an engagement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to submit a brief or contact request through this site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You agree not to use the site to:

• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape or extract data at a pace or scale that burdens our hosts or circumvents rate-limiting.
• Spam, harass, impersonate another person, or send unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without explicit prior written permission, or otherwise attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of non-public systems beyond what applicable law expressly allows.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to cause harm.
• Use the site for activity that violates applicable law.

We may block submissions, rate-limit traffic, or refuse to respond to an inquiry without notice or explanation when these terms are not respected.

The site, including its design system, brand assets, copy, code, photography, and visual composition, is owned by 3Specials LLC / 3sixs or licensed to us by the original rights-holders. 3sixs™ is a trademark / service mark of 3Specials LLC. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of the site, copy the design system, or use the 3sixs name or mark in a way that implies a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.

Work delivered to a client under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement’s intellectual-property terms, not by this page. Where a case study appears on this site, the client granted us permission to show it.

When you submit a brief, message, or other content through the site, you grant 3sixs a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use that information for the purpose of responding to you, scoping potential work, and providing services in connection with your inquiry. You represent that you have the right to share what you send.

Please do not send confidential, regulated, or protected information through the public contact form. If your inquiry requires sharing sensitive material, ask us to put a mutual non-disclosure agreement or other appropriate written agreement in place first.

Content on this site is general information about what 3sixs does. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such. For decisions specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

The site is hosted on Vercel and uses a small set of operational providers (analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, bot defense, rate-limit storage) as described in the privacy notice and on the subprocessors page. Outbound links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those sites.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, available, and secure, but we do not warrant — to the maximum extent permitted by law — that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is fit for a particular purpose. Information on this site may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither 3Specials LLC / 3sixs nor its directors, members, employees, or contractors will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amounts you paid to 3sixs for website-only use in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Engagement-specific liability for paid services is addressed in the signed engagement agreement and may override this cap for those services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3Specials LLC, 3sixs, and their members, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or any unlawful or infringing content you submit through the site.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please email hello@3sixs.com with: (1) a description of the work you claim was infringed, (2) the URL or other location of the allegedly infringing material on this site, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

3sixs has not designated a registered agent with the U.S. Copyright Office for DMCA safe-harbor purposes; this is a marketing site, not a user-generated-content platform. We will review good-faith complaints sent to the email above and take appropriate action.

These site terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Engagement agreements may select their own governing law and venue for paid services.

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer these terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law without your consent.

These terms, together with the privacy notice and the cookies notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3sixs regarding your use of this site and supersede any prior agreements between us on that subject. Paid client engagements are governed by their own signed agreements.

We may update these terms when our practices or providers change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply going forward.
